Almost anything. Fragile handwritten books or documents; photographs of buildings or artifacts; audio recordings or videos; maps, plans, drawings, and anything that can be photographed/digitally scanned.

Yes, you can digitize your papers or books and provide them to us to be added to the Digital Archive. Talk to us first to make sure that you follow digital standards to make good images.

The cost is based on the scope of the project: Are we helping you do an inventory of your records? Are we digitizing the records? Most projects deserve custom quotes because every project is different. It will be based on the size of your collection, format, the condition of the materials, and other factors.

You decide if your records are available to the general public, or to only those you provide access via a login. The Episcopal Project’s general access policy is anything older than 100 years is accessible to all.
